Kaycee graduated with a Master of Public Policy from Georgetown University in 2004. She graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration, majoring in Accountancy from the University of Notre Dame in 1996.

Kaycee also earned a Certified Public Accountant license in the State of California in 1999.
