Carleton's products and services are synonymous with consumer credit
calculation compliance, and we have always taken great pride in the fact
that our company is viewed as the industry's authority with respect to
loan calculation accuracy. Our products are so thoroughly tested that
twelve State Examining Agencies use custom Carleton software to aid them
during computational audits to verify the accuracy of interest and credit
insurance calculations.
When you purchase a Carleton product, you automatically receive the support
of our Research Department in three critical areas:
State & Federal Law Database - The Research Department takes
a proactive approach to loan calculation compliance by monitoring changes
in state and federal regulations, and ensuring that our software products
are always up to date.
Verification of Calculations - The Research Department is involved
in designing programs to test the accuracy of all Carleton calculations
and ensures that an updated quality control program is in place to ensure
compliance with state and federal guidelines.
Litigation Support - As part or our maintenance and customer
support package, Carleton’s Research Department will be available as a
resource to our clients if state or federal regulators should question
their computations. We will answer all questions regarding the accuracy of
all calculations as they relate to Carleton products.
