The file SmartPCUpdate.exe must be run from the web site. This will load the new A&H schedules and update your current application.

Once loaded, proceed to Accident & Health Rates screen of the loan setup. All current schedules can be deleted which will result in the screen below.

Once the schedules have been deleted, select the Add Rates button. A pop up A&H menu will appear. Scroll down to select the Ohio schedules you wish to install. Multiple schedules can be selected by clicking on the Add Rates button again (I.E Ohio 14 Retro, Ohio 30 Retro, etc).

Once your schedule has been loaded, it will appear as below.

You are now ready to use SmartPC. Please validate the life and A&H rates with the new rates provided by your insurance carrier to ensure that no other changes need to be made.
