Phil has been a part of Carleton for over 31 years. Manager of the Project Definition and Quality Control Department for 17 years, he was responsible for defining our custom programming projects then quality testing to make sure they followed the customer requirements along with state and federal guidelines. During this time Phil became very acquainted with our customers and was promoted to a technical sales position 14 years ago. Phil now concentrates on the numerous credit protection products offered by Carleton. Phil attended Indiana University and majored in Business Management.
